Wikia 偏好 CC-BY-SA GFDL 與公有領域的圖片。違反創作權的圖片將會被移除。上傳圖片的圖片說明頁必須要有創作權資訊。

- Wikia 的姊妹專案有些用不同的授權。
- 上傳的圖片或檔案可在其它自由內容授權之下，或為合理使用。
- 有些用戶會選擇把他們的修改放在多重授權下。在這情況下，該用戶的編改會在CC-BY-SA與其它授權之下。
- 有些維客社群會選擇在它們整個維客上用多重授權。在這情況下，其內容會在CC-BY-SA與其它授權之下。
